Refund & Cancellation Policy
At South Dublin Minibus Hire, we are committed to providing reliable, punctual, and professional minibus transport services. To ensure fairness for both our customers and staff, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
1. Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund, as operational costs will have already been incurred, including driver scheduling and vehicle preparation.
2. Same-Day Bookings
For same-day bookings, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, drivers and vehicles are immediately allocated, and associated costs are non-recoverable.
3. No-Shows
If a customer fails to show up at the agreed-upon pick-up location without prior notice, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
4. Delays or Changes by the Customer
Requests to delay or change pick-up times or locations within 48 hours of travel may not be possible due to scheduling constraints and are at the discretion of management.
If changes result in the service being no longer feasible, the booking will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours, and no refund will apply.
5. Service Cancellations by Us
• In the unlikely event that South Dublin Minibus Hire must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and relevant transport legislation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
